What’s Next
As we approach the start of a new year, I’m reminded that every time there’s any kind of birth, there’s pain or discomfort involved for whatever’s giving birth. If you are about to launch into a new place, you may be experiencing some discomfort. It can come from people who don't understand where you’re going. It could be due to them being accustomed to the way they’ve come to know you. Other times it’s people who simply don’t want you to grow and succeed i.e. haters. Worst, it could be ourselves and all the internal questions involved with the mystery we attach to ”what’s next.”
In spite of the internal or external discomforts, your birth is going to happen whether people support it or not. What’s most important is that you believe it, feed it and endure until you step into your new life as it becomes your reality. Anyone who’s ever experienced the pregnancy and birthing process can attest to utter discomfort and unending questions about what’s next but, when it was all over, the gift they were given made it all worth it. Embrace the birth that’s coming your way!
